One per line.

Environmental conditions (new in 2026): how each affects you, or you affect it

One per line as "party: needs", for example "Neighbours: low noise and odour".
Needs beyond the law that you take on, one per line.

Risks with a level (likelihood × impact) above this whole number, 1 to 25, are acted on.

How it works

  1. Answer what you know: scope, environmental conditions, parties, policy commitments, aspects, obligations, risks, objectives, providers, emergencies. Leave the rest empty.
  2. Tick the 2026 changes your system already covers.
  3. Buy once and download a ZIP of 18 Word files and 3 CSV files. Everything you left empty is marked [TO COMPLETE].
  4. Check each file against your copy of the standard, complete it and have top management approve it.

What the kit never guesses

  • An aspect gets a score only from two whole ratings 1 to 5 (severity × frequency), and is significant when it scores at or above your whole threshold 1 to 25, or when you say a compliance obligation is linked to it.
  • A risk gets a level only from two whole ratings 1 to 5 (likelihood × impact), and an evaluation only against a whole acceptance level 1 to 25.
  • A 2026 change counts as covered only when you ticked it.
  • No law, permit or limit value is looked up for you: the obligations register holds the ones you name.

Questions

Is this the ISO 14001:2026 standard?

No. The kit is written in our own words and gives clause numbers for reference. Buy the standard from ISO or your national standards body; you need it to implement the system.

Does it work if we are certified to ISO 14001:2015?

Yes, that is what it is for. The gap checklist lists every clause that changed, and the documents cover the new points: environmental conditions, life-cycle influence in the scope, risks and opportunities in their own documented subclause, planning of changes and audit objectives.

Does it make us certified?

No. Certification needs a working system and an audit by an accredited certification body. The kit gives you filled drafts to review, complete and approve.

What happens to what we type?

It stays in this browser. The Word files are built on your computer; nothing is uploaded.

Can we buy both kits together?

Yes: the ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 14001:2026 kits together cost $79 once instead of $98. One payment opens each kit on its own page, for one organization; the organization details you type are shared by both.
