EUDR exporter kit: supplier information, plot files and questionnaire for your EU buyer

Your EU buyer files the due diligence statement, but it needs your information first: where and when each product was produced, and evidence that the land was not deforested after 31 December 2020 and that production was legal. List your products once and the kit writes it all as Word files, quoting Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.

Products

Product 1
At least 4 digits, as on your invoice; it is checked against Annex I.
As on your invoice, for example green coffee beans, not roasted.
The name it is sold under, if any.
So the importer can match this sheet to the shipment.
Digits only, with a point as decimal mark, for example 19200.
Only if the customs tariff has one for this code, for example number of items or volume in m³.

Plots of land

Open the register (CSV) or the GeoJSON file you made with the free plot register, or a KML or CSV file from your mapping app. It is read in your browser and checked with the same rules.

2 letters, for example IN. Used only for plots the file gives no country for.

The plot file is not kept in this browser: open it again after reloading the page or coming back from the payment page.

For example a satellite check of all plots against 31 December 2020, or a certificate. Evidence per plot comes from the plot file.
Laws of the country of production (Article 2(40))

For each area: the laws that apply and the evidence you hold. Empty areas are marked TO COMPLETE.

Languages of the documents

Nothing you type is sent anywhere. Your business details stay in this browser for next time.

What is in the files

  • for each product: the points of Article 9(1), each quoted from the Official Journal, with your answers, the table of your plots of land (location, area, harvest dates, evidence, right to use the land), the legality table of Article 2(40) and a supplier statement to sign;
  • for each product: the GeoJSON file of its plots, checked with the rules of the EU Information System, and the plot register as CSV;
  • a cover letter to your buyer and a questionnaire for your own suppliers and farmers, with a short privacy notice to adapt.

Who it is for

Exporters, traders and cooperatives outside the EU that sell coffee, cocoa, rubber, palm oil, soya, wood or cattle products to an EU importer. Make or check the plot file first with the free plot register; what the buyer then files is explained on the due diligence statement page.

Your buyer in the EU writes its own risk assessment from what you send; for importers there is the EUDR due diligence kit.

What the kit does not do

It does not check your plots against satellite images and never writes that products are deforestation-free or legal: you state that, and your buyer assesses it. Whatever you leave empty is marked TO COMPLETE. Plots whose location has errors are left out of the file and named as left out.

Nothing you type leaves your browser; the files are built on your device. Templates, not legal advice.
