Terms and disclaimer

EU Rules Finder is run by Hari Krishnan, sole proprietor, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India. By using the site you accept these terms.
Information, not legal advice
The checks and guides explain what EU regulations say, for the answers you give. They are general information, not legal advice, and do not create any advisory relationship. Regulations, guidance and their interpretation by authorities and courts change; each page shows the date its content was checked against the official texts and links to them. Check the cited articles, and ask a qualified professional before relying on a result for a decision that matters.
The rules simplify the regulations into a few questions. Facts the questions do not ask about can change the answer, and member states may apply or enforce the rules differently.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided free and "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
Use of the site
You may use the checks and share links to results freely. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes. Quoted official texts remain subject to their own reuse terms: EU legal texts under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU, UK texts under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The site's own text and tools belong to Hari Krishnan; you may quote and link to them with a reference to the site.
