CRA 符合性聲明：免費產生器，9 種語言

依據《網路韌性法案》，每件含數位元素的產品都需要一份歐盟符合性聲明，由製造商在符合性評鑑顯示產品符合基本要求後出具。填寫您的資訊，即可取得採用《官方公報》以您的語言公布之措辭的聲明和簡化聲明。您輸入的內容不會離開瀏覽器。

聲明是什麼

聲明表示，已證明符合附件 I 中適用的基本網路安全要求（第 28 條第 1 項）。聲明遵循附件 V 的範本，以銷售所在會員國要求的語言提供，並視情況更新（第 28 條第 2 項）。出具聲明即表示製造商對產品的合規承擔責任（第 28 條第 4 項）。

完整聲明或簡化聲明

隨產品提供完整聲明的副本，或附件 VI 的簡化聲明，後者必須包含完整聲明的確切網址（第 13 條第 20 項）。產生器同時產生兩者：請在您填寫的網址發布完整聲明。

採用哪種程序，以及是否有公告機構參與

  • 未列入附件 III 或 IV 的產品：第 32 條第 1 項的任一程序，包括內部控制（模組 A），無需公告機構。
  • 重要產品 I 類：只有在完整採用調和標準、共同規格或保證級別至少為「實質」級的認證方案時，才可用內部控制；否則採用歐盟型式檢驗（模組 B）加模組 C，或全面品質保證（模組 H）（第 32 條第 2 項）。
  • 重要產品 II 類：模組 B 加模組 C、模組 H，或保證級別至少為「實質」級的歐洲網路安全認證方案（第 32 條第 3 項）。
  • 關鍵產品（附件 IV）：第 8 條第 1 項規定的歐洲網路安全認證方案；若不符合其條件，則採用 II 類的程序（第 32 條第 4 項）。

不確定類別？《網路韌性法案》頁面上的免費類別檢查會列出類別及可用的程序。如有公告機構參與，第 7 點寫明該機構、程序和證書。

涉及多項歐盟法規

如產品受多項各自要求聲明的法規管轄，則出具一份列明全部法規及其公布資訊的單一聲明（第 28 條第 3 項）。請在第 5 點新增；法規 (EU) 2024/2847 一律列在第一位。

日期和保存

本法規自 2027 年 12 月 11 日起適用；第 14 條的通報義務自 2026 年 9 月 11 日起適用，關於公告機構的規定自 2026 年 6 月 11 日起適用（第 71 條第 2 項）。請將聲明與技術文件一起保存，自產品投放市場起至少 10 年，若支援期更長則保存至支援期結束（第 13 條第 13 項）。軟體產品可將 CE 標誌加在聲明上或其網站上（第 30 條第 1 項）。

法案要求的其他文件：CVD 政策和 security.txt 產生器、SBOM 產生器和 CRA 合規檢查清單。
